It is a pleasure to write this review. Almost five years ago, my dog Crackerjack (Jack for short) awoke paralyzed in both rear legs due to a ruptured disc in his spine. Thanks to the dedication and expertise of Alpha ARF, six months later he was walking again. Week after week, month after month, they moved his rear legs on the underwater treadmill, mimicking his stride, to help him develop new neural pathways for walking. They have him exercises, massages, and electromagnetic and laser treatments. Once he was walking on his own, they added appropriate obstacle courses to further develop his muscles, balance, and agility. Everything they did was tailored to his changing needs. Here we are, years later, and Jack is thriving. To maintain his abilities, we continue our weekly PT sessions, and the staff are every bit as kind and caring and attentive to his needs as when we first met. They answer my questions, share their knowledge, and offer advice and suggestions about his therapy. I always look forward to being there, and the proof of the pudding is that Jack loves it too.
