Alpha Animal Rehabilitation & Fitness is seeking a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) to join an established and growing rehabilitation practice with a bold vision: to develop a hybrid human and canine physical therapy facility rooted in movement science, orthopedic rehabilitation, and performance-based care. This role is ideal for a DPT who is entrepreneurially minded, interested in leadership or partnership, and looking to practice beyond the constraints of traditional PT models.
We are seeking a partnership-first relationship with the right clinician to help shape, expand, and co-lead this next phase of growth. However, we are also open to employment-based arrangements for candidates who align with the vision and may transition into partnership over time.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality orthopedic physical therapy care
- Collaborate in the development of hybrid rehabilitation services
- Participate in program design, growth strategy, and clinical innovation

Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- Active or eligible state licensure
- Strong orthopedic foundation
- Interest in entrepreneurship, leadership, or alternative practice models
- Open-mindedness toward interdisciplinary collaboration (human + canine rehabilitation)
